Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.

Items that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or are missing original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale or discounted items

  • Items damaged due to misuse

Return Process

  1. Contact our support team within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number and clear photos (if applicable).

  3. Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • You will be notified of the approval status.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will resolve the issue promptly at no additional cost to you.
